How long does dry cleaning take?
Most standard dry cleaning takes around 2–3 working days. Same day or next day service may also be available for certain items depending on the garment and how busy we are. If you have a deadline, let us know and we’ll tell you what we can realistically do.
Can every stain be removed?
We can treat most common stains, including food, drink and other everyday marks. However, some older, permanent or difficult stains may not come out completely. We’ll always be realistic about what can be achieved.
Do you clean delicate or designer garments?
Yes. We clean delicate, designer and higher value garments. We’ll check the care label, material and condition first so we can choose the safest and most suitable cleaning method.
Do you collect and deliver?
Yes. We offer collection and delivery within roughly a 5 mile radius of Stoke Newington. Our minimum collection order is £20. If you’re unsure whether we cover your address, send us your postcode and we’ll confirm it for you.
What happens if an item already has damage?
We inspect items before cleaning and take any existing damage into account when choosing the most suitable cleaning process. Please let us know about any damage or special concerns when you give us the item. If there is ever a problem, contact us directly and we’ll review it properly.
