How is rug cleaning priced?
Rug cleaning is priced at £18.99 per square metre. The final cost depends on your rug’s size, material, condition and any specialist treatment needed. We’ll confirm the price before starting.
Do you clean Persian and wool rugs?
Yes. We clean wool, Persian and many other types of rugs. We’ll check the material and condition first so we can choose the safest and most suitable cleaning method.
Can you remove stains and smells?
We can treat most common stains and odours, including food, drink and pet-related smells. Some older or permanent stains may not come out completely, but we’ll always be realistic about what can be achieved.
How long does drying take?
Rug cleaning normally takes around one week. This gives us enough time to clean, treat and dry the rug properly. Specialist or heavily soiled rugs may take a little longer.
Do you collect large rugs?
Yes. We can collect and return large rugs within our collection area. We usually cover addresses within roughly a 5-mile radius of Stoke Newington. If you’re unsure whether we cover your address, send us your postcode and we’ll confirm it for you.
Is the calculator price final?
The calculator gives you an estimate based on the information entered. The final price can vary depending on the rug’s exact size, material, condition and any specialist treatment required. We’ll confirm the price before carrying out the work.
What should I do if I’m unhappy with the service?
Contact us within 48 hours of collecting or receiving your items. We’ll inspect the item and, where appropriate, re-clean it or correct the work at no additional charge. Requests made after 48 hours may be declined if we’re unable to confirm when or how the issue occurred.
