Yes. We can replace worn heels and soles on many types of shoes and boots. We’ll inspect the shoes first and recommend the most suitable repair.

Do you repair designer shoes?

Yes. We can work on designer and higher-value footwear. We’ll assess the condition carefully and let you know what we recommend before carrying out the repair.

Can damaged leather be restored?

In many cases, yes. We can improve scuffs, faded colour, dryness and general wear. The final result depends on the condition of the leather, so you can send us photos on WhatsApp and we’ll have a look first.

How long does a repair take?

It depends on the repair. Simple jobs can sometimes be completed for the next day, while more involved repairs may take a few extra days. We’ll give you a better idea once we’ve seen the shoes and know exactly what work is required.

Can I send a photo first?

Yes. You can send us clear photos on WhatsApp and we’ll have a look for you. We can usually give you an idea of what can be done and an estimated price before you bring the shoes in.

Do you collect shoes?

Yes. We can collect your shoes and return them once the work is completed. We usually cover addresses within roughly a 5-mile radius of Stoke Newington, subject to our normal minimum order.
