How does the collection and delivery work?

What areas do you cover?
We offer collection and delivery within roughly a 5-mile radius of Stoke Newington. This means we cover parts of North, East and North-East London and are not limited to North London only. If you’re unsure whether we cover your address, send us your postcode and we’ll confirm it for you.
How much does it cost?
Prices depend on what you need cleaned, repaired or altered. You can view our prices online or contact us for an estimate. Our minimum collection order is £20.
How do I prepare my items for collection?
You don’t need to do anything complicated. Simply put your items together in a bag and let us know about any stains, damage, repairs or special instructions when we collect them.
What happens if an item is damaged?
We inspect items and follow the care instructions and the most suitable cleaning process wherever possible. If there is ever a problem, contact us directly and we’ll review it properly. Do you offer a same-day service?
